Best image editor.

Hi,

Please post here the image editor you think is the best and reasons why you think that. I personally think that Paint.NET is the best because it has some powerful tools that are like the ones in Photoshop and the software is free.

Yes I meant Paint.Net (I have edited it now). GIMP would be my second choice.

I use Paint.net for all my graphic design. It is a great free alternative to Photoshop.

I definetly think Photoshop is the best however because of the high cost
I prefer free ones such as GIMP or Paint.NET
