My Maplestory fansite

My website is http://www.mfhome.x10hosting.com As you can see it is kind of blank. But I do have a skin ready for the website but the problem is that I don't know how to. Please review my website from 1-10 and tell me why you chose that rank.

The dessign could do with a bit more colour and not all of the pages have the same black background. Some links lead to 404 messages. And the forums needs categories. At the point your site is in I would rate it 4/10.

Ye, I feel like that some times, I wasn't saying that your website is rubbish. I was just giving a truthful rating. All websites start of like this.

Ya, I think same way I was saying that you were saying that my site was rubbish but it consumes a lot of free time and sometimes when you change the website nothing is accomplished.

No it isn't rubbish when I first made this website it was rubbish. I am just letting you know what needs improving. I remember my first website got about 2 or 3 / 10.
