I'm using firefox. Not because Internet explorer is that bad, only because firefox supports add-ons in a good and simple way.
What I'm asking in this topic is; what add-ons are you using for firefox?
I'm using:
Adblock Plus
Adblock is really a good add-on that practically deletes all ads on every website. If you find an ad that's disturbing you, you simply right click it an press adblock picture/**** and adblock "plus" do already have some of the most usual ads blocked
DownThemAll!
A really good download manager built inside firefox (funny, I cant stop think about that sentence as "Down the mall").
CustomizeGoogle
Simply an add-on that adds some extra functions to google.
Linkification
An add-on that make links like http://this.com to clickable links
GooglePreview
Inserts small pictures (thumbnails) beside the search results in google. It's really nice knowing what site you going in to.
IE Tab
A great add-on 'cause some sites are made for IE only, and if it's not working i firefox, then you just have to click once in the right down corner.
Download Statusbar
A nice add-on that makes all non "DownThemAll!" downloads appear on a "statusbar".
Temporary Inbox
You know all those sites that says you need an email to activate your account? Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore 'cause "temporary inbox" creates one in just one click.
Tab Preview
An excellent add-on for those who have a lot tabs up at the same time and don't really know which that are which. This add-on lets you check that by just rolling you mouse over it (like in vista).
MyIP
Maybe it's just me but I like to see my ip in the statusbar. This add-on let's you do that.
Fasterfox
Just a little add-on that makes your web browsing a little faster.
Tab Mix Plus
This is a little add-on that gives you some more options for the tabs (like reopen tabs you recently closed)
PDF Download
An add-on that gives you an option what to do with pdf documents.
NoScript
An add-on that makes only objects that you have accepted in to you browsing. May get irritating after a while 'cause all different websites have to be accepted.
iMacros for Firefox
Doing that same things everyday? With iMacros can you do it in just a click. It can automate most of the tasks on the web.
And finally Dictionaries
Having an atomized spelling program inside the browser is great. Cant tell you how much I'm using the "English (US)" one when I'm posting on forums and likely. I really recommend this one!
Now what do you use?
